Free Metals S.r.l. has adopted its Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001, together with its Code of Ethics, with the aim of strengthening its governance standards and ensuring that its business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and with the principles of fairness, transparency and integrity.
The Company has also appointed a Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the Model 231, ensuring its ongoing update, and monitoring compliance with its provisions by all recipients.
In accordance with the regulatory requirements set out in Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, the Company has also established internal “whistleblowing” reporting channels.
Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics defines the fundamental principles and values of Free Metals S.r.l., with the aim of guiding the decisions and conduct of all those acting on behalf of the Company, both within and outside its organisational structure.
